  • why do you people live there ?

  • I was born here and - why should I have to leave to get the same rights enjoyed by Albertans and other Canadians?

  • Dear Non-Saskatchewan Residents: You should know that if you do not reside in Saskatchewan - and are here visiting [doing business etc.,] and - [heaven forbid] you were to get into any accident - [a drunk driver hits you - or any accident that you are NOT at-fault for] - just know that YOU CANNOT sue the local driver - you will be 'processed' under the NDP no-fault legislation! No matter who you get insurance from at home - you will be compensated under the Sask no-fault legislation.

  • yeah, not really true, you can sue an at-fault driver. you should learn the facts before you trash something. Sections 103 & 104 of the AAIA Part VIII explain the circumstances that you can sue for...

  • Are you from SGI? Why don't you explain that part?

  • I am, but I also sit around and read acts and regs for fun, I like to know what I'm talking and debating about

  • ...what is your connection to SGI?

  • You still haven't confirmed your position at SGI and what you're thus doing here commenting on my SGI video...

  • Can non-Saskatchewan residents involved in accidents on Saskatchewan roads sue at the fault Saskatchewan drivers or are they the non-Saskatchewan residents processed under no-fault?

  • Sections 103 and 104 are not related to non-residents - this discussion is about non-residents and section 60 - the question for you; are non-residents injured by an at-fault Saskatchewan driver able to sue - [especially for pain and suffering] or are these non-residents processed under no-fault?

  • everyone is "processed" under no-fault. Insurance in the purest form indemnifies, it does not allow for pain and suffering. That's an american concept of entitlment. and section 104 does allow suit for pain and suffering under cretain circumstances

  • What nonsense - no that's not an "American concept" - it's a common law concept. [in Sask that's become "commie law" rather than "common law"] So where is the SGI justification for this denial of legal rights to non-residents?

  • No further answers?

  • Far less govt interference in day to day life in Texas, that's for sure. The last thing I remember the govt doing to control people was that idiotic lights on for life crap, with the propaganda-driven ads to make it look necessary. Pure stupidity, and now it's the law.

  • What is the message of this video>? That Sask Govt Insurance is being dropped? If so, I find it hard to believe it would be an NDP thing. They adore big govt. I hate it, which is one more reason I left there and moved to Texas.

  • The message is clear SGI must be privatized the socialist insurance model stinks - the NDP do not have any history of responsibility with SGI - they are the creators of SGI in the mid-40's. I hope things are well for you there - I'm sure Texas must be better than here - there I could get justice.

  • Calvert sucks, but Devine was even worse

  • At least the latter wasn't a communist...

  • I think you right .Thats why we want the Sask party & Brad Wall . If you do your homework you will see there is a PC party in Sask.Oh yea, its not the Sask party either.Thank God we got rid of those thief's to.Now we have to get rid of these. NDP.
