The weapons change without animation because its recorded with HLTV, soh when you´re watching it there´s no animation, but you can do it downloading a pack of HLTV models, but i don´t recommend, it wont remove the delay, it will only remove the animation, you´ll have to wait the same time as you would without the HLTV model

laggey piece of shit computer = no

Get sony vegas, a better computer (one that can handle a 10 year old game), and a program called "Fraps". That will allow you to record shit that runs in openGL. So you dont have to run in windowed mode.
