hahah nicolas character kinda remind of me cause i be wearing some crazy shit people be telling me my jacket look gay i look like a clown and i also explain it to them what type of jacket it is and who have wore once cause all the jackets i have own right now are the same jacket that elvis presley wear in the 50's i got the gold lame the 68 comeback back leather and the list go on n on
the title of this flick was very appropriate for Nick Cage in this period of his career, no one was fucking wilder than him back then - fucking legend 4evr !
Saw this movie in the theater and had no idea these guys were in it even though I had bought this album a couple months earlier, what a surprise. Great movie! Before Nick Cage became a pussy-ass liberal...
My snake skin jacket! At the end of the story which is relating the Lynch´s camera, we concluded that they were the only pair of people who can be considered normal.
I wouldn't say that I hate this kind of music, but I couldn't say that I'm particulary fond of it either, but I can say that this is f*cking awesome! \o/
Fear GOD who hath power to cast you into HELL(Luke 12:5)! Fear God and depart from evil(Proverbs 3:7)! God is ANGRY with the wicked everyday(Psalm 7:11)! Jesus Christ is the WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE, there is NO OTHER WAY to be saved(John 14:6)! For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved(John 3:17)! TURN FROM YOUR SINS AND SUBMIT 2 THE LORDSHIP OF JESUS CHRIST NOW! DON'T BOAST OF HAVING TOMORROW! Proverbs 27:1
a great rendition of the wizard of oz, superb use of music, especially slaughter house. And David Lynches last GREAT film, before he went just plain weird mode
he actually sings really good lol, didnt expect that from him, he sounded alot like elvis in this song, this is actually one of my fav elvis songs too!
great david lynch film, but of course blue velvet is way better; this song works perfectly for this movie and helps build sailor's character... AND GREAT FUCKING SONG
@dymfoning yeah, I totally agree with you, but if you go on the wiki metal portal page and search for Powermad into under Speed Metal label you simply do not find'em... the question is simple: WHY?
@goldsmice duh!! i freaking love this scene! i ADORE nicolas cage! CON AIR is my all time fave then...oo wild at heart or the rock...wild at heart then the rock. i gotta say this is my second fave since he sings AHH!
i remember watching part of this movie on ifc long before i got into metal. what a small world, plus powermad is from my state, minnesota. when there humming the love song its priceless. thrash at its best
I love David Lynch. Lost Highway, Blue Velvet, Mulholland Dr are some of my favorite films, but this one... It just felt too commercial, like Lynch was trying too hard to be weird. Didn't enjoy it like I did his other films.
The 30's had "Gone with the Wind". The 40's had Bogart and Bacall. The 50's had Wayne and O'Hara. The 60's had Elizabeth Taylor and Charlton Heston, The 70's had Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia. And us Gen-X'ers? We had Cage and Dern! WILD AT HEART rocks and captures love as the Gen-X'ers redefines it. A must see for anyone wanting to be a voyeur into a Gen-X'ers lovelife.
Love Cage's karate kicks lol
