  • whats the tuning?

  • It amazes me how people continue walking, continue talking - such a brilliant piece, and they're completely oblivious/ignorant to it.

  • great playing bud! sounds like the people in the background dont know how to appreciate music. no one does anymore. because "everyone has rights"

  • I love this piece. I am trying to hunt the albumn down. I know its out of print, but does anyone know if the album was released on CD? Thx

  • yes, this is the title piece of his 1987 album, "The Wind and the Wheat"

you won't find it on Phil's website, but you can easily find it on either Amazon or Ebay.

  • Nice. Beautifully done.

  • I like some of the little things you have added. You did a great job on this one.

  • This is brilliant. Any chance you have a tab for the song?

  • I think you can get the tab from Phil Keaggy's website. I didn't actually learn it by tab so my interpretation is a bit different from Keaggy's.

  • What typeof guitar are you playing. Sounds wonderful.

  • Thanks. It's a jumbo Ayers cutaway. They're hand made in Vietnam. Not well known in the US but as good as a Larrivee for a little over half the price.

  • I'd like to see this without the backchat, it's a pity that the mike caught that too, as it really interferes with this beautiful rendition. A keaggy-esq tonality too, not very often found. Many thanks.

  • Nice one..

  • really great man seriously impressed!!

  • excellent
