There is absolutely NOTHING special about the US constitution. The Communist Party of China has a constitution which has a lot of abstract ideals in it with which most of the planet agrees. So what? In either case, it means that government and political party constitutions are worthless. What laws are enforced, degree of proof required for convictions - all the details which really matter and affect people - are arbitrarily and unfairly made by judges and cops.
Human laws are shit.
