actually if naruto, (before he awakened sage mode) uses the rasenshuriken too much he will lose the abillity to control chakra (in sage mode he can throw it) tsunade bans naruto from using rasenshuriken ever again after this

Not necciarliy. Like Jiraiya said, every jutsu has it's strengths and weaknesses. Rasen-Shuriken may be strong, but it takes a while to charge up, and it damages the user's own arm in the attack.

i guess he basically learned how to better himself as a ninja, it was essentially his coming of age or maturing, taking the step from being the goofball naruto from the first seasons to this far more mature, dedicated, and more powerful (speed and strength) naruto, essentially he didnt learn crazy ninja techniques, other than oodama, but he matured as a ninja and as a person so now he can learn super ninja techniques now that he's a big boy :P
