@predvcecerom yeah, he is. It might look like he's just going through the motions of waving a stick, but hes the one giving the instructions and coordinating it all. Not telling them how to play, but just guiding them on timing and sometimes volume, and keeping the orchestra all gelling together.
Its kinda like a manager in an office, often looks like he's sat there all day doing nothing, but if he disappeared it'd be VERY noticeable :D
