I guess I do not get it. I looked into Scientology a long time ago, and it was not for me. However, I did not see anything any worse than what all organized religions do. It is all about mind control, gaining power and using the American tax system to claim exemption. All religions should have to pay taxes, because they get representation and influence the political system. They get representation without taxation and that is as wrong as the reverse.

Just to make a small correction. The girl who tok suicide was from Norway, but lived in Nice, France where she got lured into a $cientology recrutingcenter where she tok that 200 question personality test. I guess I do not get it. I looked into Scientology a long time ago, and it was not for me. However, I did not see anything any worse than what all organized religions do. It is all about mind control, gaining power and using the American tax system to claim exemption. All religions should have to pay taxes, because they get representation and influence the political system. They get representation without taxation and that is as wrong as the reverse.

As an "SP", I have been a target of harassment on and off for years, nonetheless, I still feel so sorry for the victims, several of whom have later apologized to me.

The discipline of phsycology has been developed over many years to it's present stats,imagine years and years of empirical studies and fact gathering. Along comes Scientology and suddenly they know better than all of the work that's gone into phsycology, does that make any sense?

I'm thrilled at all these videos on youtube with these ex scientologists just tearing their ex cult a new one. But what about the damage they had done to thousands of people when they were involved with the deception and the lies of their cult? Shouldn't they be held accountable as well instead of just having a great time making vidios and laughing about the sham that they were involved in? Even though they have come out against scientology, the lives that they helped ruin is not funny.

The orgs are expensive to run. the CoS pays huge amounts for PR (mostly to celibs)legal fees and so on. They need "fresh meat" (their term, not mine) to keep the orgs running. last thursday the Cos ordered every scientologist to form teams to go out and sell books over the weekend. Here in my mid-sized city six Anons went out and fount TWO CoS members with a book cart. When they saw the Anons they packed up and went home. They are going broke.

Scientology had placed ads on youtube which might have given scientology elevated privileges to innfluence youtube content under some conflict of interest, unfair business practice, or descrimination clause. But, if youtube were to give scientology a refund, then scientology would lose their voice. As far as I know, All business reserves the right to choose who and who it will not do business with. With youtubes popularity now, scientology's dollars are worthless and unwanted.

Just to make a small correction. The girl who tok suicide was from Norway, but lived in Nice, France where she got lured into a $cientology recrutingcenter where she tok that 200 question personality test. After the test she got a -100 wich is the lowest score you can get. And you can just wonder what words they put into her head with these results.
Some hours after the test she jumped out of a window and killed herself.
