If you take only the health: ok you take the medkit 1 spy comes and takes the ammo then he goes invisible and moves behind the cart and kills your team

If you take medkit & ammo:

spy comes and no ammo for him no ammo for spy means no cloak and then you kill him

Well if it's in an enemy area, I'll always take all the health and ammo I can just to deny from them. But yeah, people should learn to do this more.

If there are no medics or dispensers around and a player is burning, I always let him have it. People should lets medics have them too.

Wait a second. I don't quite think I understand. So we are supposed to press W until we are ON TOP of the health, and then press S to go in REVERSE? Do we press S after we get the ammo as well, or just after we get to the health? I don't understand, can you please clarify it for me. When teaching such techniques, you really should break it down more so people can understand it. Because this is way too much information for most to handle I think.

Technically medics CAN heal themselves. They have hp regeneration, and when taunting with the kritzkrieg, you gain health. Wake up and smell the flowers, sonny.

If I'm in a secluded area or an area the enemy is holding, I'll tend to intentionally take all available ammo and hp, just for denial to the enemy (and their spies).

Otherwise, gotta follow the vid. ;)
