U need the adult's wallet from one of the Skulltula brothers at Kakariko Village.

how do you get it then? they all say " i'm cursed" or "if you break the curse we can make you very rich"

There are five children. With every 10 skulltula spiders you kill, you break the curse on one of the kids. The first kid you save (after killing your first 10 spiders) gives you a bigger rupee bag as a reward.
