I noticed the clock on the wall behind you does not change during the entire video. I was trying to get a feel for how long your prep and cooking time took until I realized it was either 24 hours or happened instantly....
Or, maybe you edit things out of order and don't want the clock going forward and backward?
I love potato and pasta in mine, probably not traditional, but tasty and hearty none the less.

I always saw all minestrone soups had pasta and tomato sauce in it. I'm surprised that this is minestrone.It looks like vegatable soup.
