They are saying that the typed lyrics above are wrong. It should be " You got to bottle up and go" not "You got to bottle it up and go". There is no "it"

i'm not disputing whether or not there are different versions, i'm sure there are (like with many jlh songs).
however, you don't have to have written the song to tell that the lyrics posted aren't what's being sung here, that's how i can say that the lyrics are wrong ;)
