And I would say your horses and carriage are really fine but your manoir are to high your horses wouldn't need to put less effort if they would be on an horizontal angle they would be less dangerous for your horse neck or to get your rennes cought and would be better a little shorter.
I'm a driver in Philadelphia and it's a cool job, but not the best job in the world. You don't get paid by the hour, only on commission (from the rides you do) & tips and get the luxury of going home smelling like a horse. From an employee stand point it's a very corrupt business.
