If your camera allows you to set exposure manually, you can hold a neutral gray card in front of it and freeze the exposure and white balance so that the camera doesn't wash out details of your skin when the room is dark, and to ensure that colors are true. Also, if you can find a half-silvered mirror, you can put it in front of the camera so that you can look directly at the camera while applying make-up.

@angelheartlove If you have a jar you can put it in there is a couple ways you can do it. Every time I have done it I have held it tip toward jar, and used a hairdryer to heat up the product. Be careful doing that because the pencil will get hot.
