The way i understand it, and the way our vocalist (who is a growler) and my brother (who used to growl before), is that you kinda blow air up from your stomach or something, hard to explain, but the really important thing is to not fuck around with your vocal bond. Because if you twist it to much you can ruin your voice forever.
