Ron Paul can't win. He makes him self look bad during televised debates. The televised debates play a huge factor in the presidential nomination. Herman Cain has been the strongest candidate for the Republican nomination so far, in my opinion. It will be interesting to see how this all plays out.
Again though, I don't think Ron Paul has any chance of getting elected as president of the United States. In other words, he CAN NOT beat Obama.
@1dwallace Ron Paul is the only one who appeals to both democrats and republicans. He got too little support from either republicans or democrats though. Herman Cain got a lot of support during the fist debate, but he doesnt appeal to moderates.
Where is Cain on Trumps policies? Tariffs on China, taxing outsourcing, toughing it with OPEC? Charging for US troops giving protection to countries abroad? Getting paid back from Iraq?
Tariffs on China...why?...It is not Chinas fault that they export massive amounts of goods to America; nor is it Chinas fault that corporations are fleeing America...this is Americas Governments fault.
OPEC...again, Americas policies make America dependent on OPEC ... do too much towards OPEC and they will trade in something other than the Dollar; oil costs rise drastically in America then as the Dollar becomes worth less to others.
US troops protecting abroad...ha ha, where is the logic or reasoning in this argument?...first, US troops shouldnt even be abroad - hell, "US troops" shouldnt even exist if you believe in liberty (but we will assume that the Constitution and Governments are necessary) ... the Constitution doesnt authorize the Government to act as a business with US resources - the "troops" being the resource.
Getting paid back from Iraq...America invaded and stayed in Iraq - regardless of what Iraq or anyone else wanted...try invading the house down the street; spending millions to "secure" the home and "protect" that home (while claiming you are doing so to really protect your home) and then demand that the homeowner that you invaded pay you back.
Hermain Cain is a dunce...he supported the Wall Street and Auto bailouts...Durrrrrrr

Herman Cain said "Don't blame the big banks. Don't blame Wall Street."
Cain quoted the Declaration of Independence and claimed it was the Constitution.
Cain said "Afro-Americans have been brain washed." and talks race more than politics.
Cain agreed with Paul on assassinating al-alwaki (and flip-flopped)
Cain said he wouldn't hire a Muslin (and flip-flopped)
Cain said "I don't know much about foreign policy, but I can learn."
