What DoriDori is saying is that there is not enough power in the Type-RS(R3 in US, GT in Aust), but he then says that although the power is lacking the car makes up for it in handling.

@BlackChrome2020 yea..it even kept up witha subie in some of the vids(thats around cornering) if it made around 250, it would be unstoppable

the new rx8 has lots of improvements compare to the old model.
the biggest difference is the mechenical part. There are about 60 changes just for the engine. its more reliable than the old model.

all he's saying is thr RS has stiffer suspension with the Bilstiens and different parts...
