ultra helpful vid man, could you go into further detail about how to do the roll where you spin around in a circle(not the 1 in this vid but when guys spin around a bunch of times) i get 1 good rotation then it either gets stuck in my arms or pops out.
@Zhone14 u talking about the one where it keeps rolling behind your neck and you kinda keep your arms in one position while you continually spin your body?
