The theme's called "Darklight" ;-).

And you know how to get the blue fire when minimizing or closing windows ? Because I don't see any option to choose the flame color, and in this video, the flame's blue :P.

Hi :D the theme's name is Blue Joy... for download go to gnome-look,org in GTK 2.x artwork ;) for the color of fire when minimizing or closing windows is in the options of compiz ;) .... sorry for my english is not perfect XD

But where do I have to change the color to made the flame blue ? :).

ok :D for color the flame go to in setting manager of compiz... and go to advanced search -> animation -> effect setting -> burn , you find the settings for color.

My menu is in Italian language, I have translated my menu, may be different from your menu in English language but should be the same... ok? :D

I found it ! I never thought the option was there :P.

So, in "Option" box of the "Burn" animation plugin, you have to enter "fire_color=#0080ffff" to made the flame blue.
