this scene has something that transformers doesn't have: a sense of danger. Even though transformers is super chaotic, you just know in the back of your mind that everybody is going to be alright. In this, you cant really tell who will live or die. there is a sense of danger in the air that's covered in the 3 factions. I guess it's the unpredictability and the philosophy and story constructed before the fight to let you know that this is set in a real-world-like place, where anyone can die.
