One of the qualities of a good leader is a strong clear vision and the ability to convey it. You need to understand where you want to lead your people, how you plan to get them there, and the ability to communicate this destination to your people. and in my humble opinion, Mr. Amrullah Saleh has been able to do all this so very admirably. He has got a good grip of who is the friend and who is the foe. Wish you a quick victory over your enemies who are indisputably the enemies of Afghanistan.
