one of the things which makes queen great is that all of them were good composers, in fact just queen and beatles (i think) r the only band having a top 1song in the chart lists of each component of the band. fantastic studio recorders, and even more fantastic on stage.

This is Brian singing. If this song was sung live (I don't think it was), it probably would have been sung by Freddie, as he sang lead in all of the live gigs. This version, on the album, is definitely Brian, aside from the middle eighth that is sung by Freddie.
