anyone who has an athlon dual core that has below a 100mh front side bus and less 2 gigs or less of ram should definatly stick to 8 series and below (besides the 9400) using any other card above the 8 series will be bottle necking your PC and it will be very pointless for you to upgrade because using a 9800, will be exactly like using an 8800

GF 8500 IS BETTER THEN 2600xt and hd3650 i had self some one it lag whet 2600xt and hd3650 but when i got my GF 8500GT i played cod4 all on high recolition on the bigest 60 frames ^^ no lagg when i get the resolition on little bitter down i came up to 120 frames the other cards came on 30 frames whet all high!! SO GF 4EVER ITS THE BEST ONE!!

I have the 8500Gt DDR2 at 575 Mhz core , 555 mem and 1450Mhz shader , if you want more out of a 8500Gt overclock the shader it gives more of a boost since most of the processes go on in the SP's , i can play crysis on 800x600 all on medium apart from sound which is low and texture on high , runs at a steady 28 FPS for me (average).

crysis with 8800 gts 640 mb you can't play with to much fsaa and a to high resolution butt you can play very high. i play on 1024x768 with no fsaa and max settings and i get 25 fps average
