Two questions. What kind of fish was used? I use the Italian flavored breadcrumbs in my cooking. What's so special about Panko taste? I never tried Japanese breadcrumbs.

@Commonsensitivity Thanks for your comment. The fish that were being fried are Crappie and Walleye. I like using Panko more for the texture, but the flavor is good too. Maybe a combination of Italian flavored breadcrumbs & Panko would be good. I have added additional spices to the Panko just to try different things.

@annie46664 I have experienced the same thing on other channels myself. I don’t think it is the particular video as much as it is the You Tube network and the number of people using it at the same time. Sometime I have to let some videos completely load before I watch them; otherwise the video keeps stopping to load. I hate that. But other times, I can watch the same video and it never stops.

@outdoorsman715 Manly fish the Chippewa Flowage. The fish we are frying that day were Bluegill and Crappie.

@outdoorsman715 You are asking the wrong guy when it comes to trolling. I guess I'm from the old school. I just can't get into trolling on a interior lake. You can't troll on the Chippewa anyway and if you could, I don't think I would. I like to pick structure apart and learn from it. But thats just me.

mmmm, my mouth is watering after watching this.And there is nothing like a cast iron fry pan, can't beat it with anything else on todays market. will have to try this recipe,I usually use a beer batter recipe or just dip my fish in powdered potatoes.
