I was a late comer to A Split Second, but I loved them immediately. I remember when I was going to the clubs in the late 90's (I was in elementary school when A Split Second came out) and no one seemed to know who they were! I had to bring the CDs to the club to get the DJ to play them! Then it went from being one of 2 people on the floor to a crush every time they'd play it.
