I'm very respect Phrathat Phranom shrine. That is the holy place for Thai Buddhist especially Thai-isaan people. Very wonderful performance to pay homage to Phrathat Phanom.

Sorry I don't remember when it was, but this ceremony is always in Februry and this ceremony calls " Ngan Na Mas Sa Gan Pra That Phanom". If you are Thai or can read Thai you may find for more detail from this website thatphanom dot com.
