Mark coleman is da fuckin man! Hes 45years old and still fighting in the ufc! I think its very impressive that a self taught fighter like him managed to go so far in the ufc, it kinda gives hope to all the guys out there whos only mma experience is lots of strret fights and some high school or college wrestling. But to be fair, mark does kind of have a natural talent for fighting, unlike most people in the world today, who go through their entire lives without having to defend themselves once.

One thing I read in an interview with Mark a while ago is that the things he disliked about PRIDE were that you couldn't elbow on the ground and guys could escape through the ropes and that's why he prefers fighting in he cage over a boxing ring.
