Ulrich Bez himself raced a virtually stock AM V8 with a co driver in the 24 hour race at Nurburgring and finished 24th out of 220 cars in all classes. They raced in the 24 hours at Bahrain in 06 also and the car only needed to change tires, brake pads, and gas and finished 8th overall beating out purpose built prototype chassis racecars. Aston Martin races the new Rapide 4 door in the ALMS. They're only and all about performance.

The overall shape is fantastic, but the details just don't add up to its price. What the hxxx were Aston martin's designers thinking?

A Bugatti Veyron is a heavy waste of petrol which cant deliver the feel an Aston Martin can. I own an Aston Martin DB9 and a Lamborghini Gallardo, and both make me feel better than driving a Veyron (I drove one at a track day and the power is insane, but i would prefer the Aston Martin just because of the way it makes me feel). So I love my Aston and Lambo and wouldnt give them up for a Veyron just because its more powerful. Has my point hit home yet?

depends on the service my friend. oil change...ha, no standard features here. the designers make it as hard as possible to "do it yourself", lol also syn is a deff for the car. they recomend 5w20-5-10 haha if you can find it they make for the car in their factory, god knows how much it would be for anything else. custom machines are a must.

With hand crafted aluminium skin sitting on Carbon Fibre chassis being propelled by an individually machined 700+hp V12 engine sounds very promising. Everyday meaning the car has AWD and is able to cope with more road and weather conditions than a car with two wheel drive and yes it is everyday.

The Veryron is not only considered an everyday car but it is one of the few cars that exceed the build quality of many others. Example: It can be driven in to the ground everyday with that second speedier mode. Other cars will break down after awhile but no the Veyron-they really did their homework on it.
