Frightened Rabbit are amazing, FACT! He's not whiney, he's singing in his accent, rather than the stereotyped trans-atlantic shite most bands for. Don't like it, don't listen to it.
If his voice is out, give him credit for having the balls to not auto tune it in post production. It takes alot for an artist to know (and believe me we know when we are out of tune) but to keep the most authentic take and not to tamper with it. Talk to Anthony Keidis about auto tuning, so many people do it. I think this is a great cover. Alot of heart.

I have never heard of Frightened Rabbit, but I found out they had done this song so I looked it up. It's a brilliant idea, but I prefer the original by a massive long way. I have never heard of Frightened Rabbit, but I found out they had done this song so I looked it up. It's a brilliant idea, but I prefer the original by a massive long way. Also, there seems to be some confusion in the comments as to whether or not N-Trance are awful. Allow me to clear this up for you: They are not. They kick ass.

Only recently discovered Frightened Rabbit and this is probably my favorite song of theirs. Been clicking on it constantly on their myspace site. Thanks for putting this clip up.
Scott's voice is great by the way and the The Midnight Organ Fight is one of my favorite albums of the year so far.

That 'go rape your sister' one was a bit harsh. I don't have a sister, but if i put a bit of lipstick on my brother, he may be do-able. I do have a shit voice though.
For the record, i covered the song because i LOVE the original. Brings memories of dancing like a clown in the gym hall at the school disco flooding back.

Indeed, apart from the fact that I only expressed an opinion, which is that N-Trance are awful, you also failed to notice that it is not I, that is the singer, but the band, Frightened Rabbit which is performing. As personal as you made your insult, which clearly took some time to construct, it must now seem rather pointless.
