good question, if u want a music dedicated phone, i'd suggest the 5800, but if ur more into taking pictures/recording and watching movies on it, i'd suggest renoir, also the wifi surfing is better on the renoir, and the sensitivity is better.

I just got this phone from ebay and its great except the last couple of days its droping calls like crazy and the voice quality is horrible while at my house but but sound clear when im away from my house..im about to smash it on the wall.....does anybody have the same problem? good thing i have a squaretrade insurance plan on it

Dude it could be signal, or it could be the walls, or the insulation. My house is like a fuckin faraday cage. You dont get signal anywhere cause it thick barn conversion walls! I gotta lean out a window on the second floor, or walk up the drive to make a call. Its probably just signal or that the signal is blocked. Wouldn't worry bout the phone.

I fixed it...i had accidentally changed something in the Secret Tester menu that i wasn't supposed to change. I did a master reset and now it works like a charm

hey does the phone have a built in stylus like the lg cookie (KP500) and is the back of the cover metal like the lg viewty

It has a stylus but you have to attach it as a dongle on the corner and the back cover is shinny plastic

no...it doesnt. It just brings it in a special case that you can attach to the phone.

Does anyone know if the renoirs inbox is similar to the i-phone? in which if you have messages from someone you can scroll down instead of having to go in the inbox open the message, go back open another message, if you get me? On the i-phone you can just scroll through txts from someone without having to go back(liek a msn convosation), does this phone or any of the LGs do this???

Can anyone help me please? I bought the Renoir yesterday and when I receive a new SMS, I had trouble finding it. I then realised that the messages were in alphabetical order (senders name). Is there any way of changing these settings so that I may get the "new" SMS' at the very top of my inbox? This is my only complaint about this phone. I must admit it's got me hooked! Absolutely love it! :D Oh, and thank u in advance if you answer my question :)

I don't find it laggy at all to be honest. The touch screen is extremely accurate when using the "hand writing mode," as with general use.

the cd that you have which is too small, dont worry, its goes in the same slot for normal size cd, and it will still work, place the cd right in the middle of the cd cartridge and push in as per normal, and and will work

I used to have the KU990 but i changed it to KC910.

First of all the camera. KC910=8 Mega Pixel with more features.

KU990= 5 mega pixel but also good features.

The KC910 has fliping recognization like the iPhone.

This KC910 is way better than the KU990. and the KC910 has Wi-Fi
