  • ever gonna sell it ? !

  • @xRussianButcher

    Already sold.

  • If HONDA sold bikes like this from the factory I would order one right now.

you got great skillz man. You could make a living buying up used crap and making amazing rides. I'd do this if I could but I'm mechanically inclined .

  • @xRussianButcher

    Thanks for the props

  • What did you do about your radiator catch? Did you have to do anything to it to use that battery box?

  • @Ashfotf

I made a custom battery box. Also had to cap the radiator catch filler spout so the battery box would fit. Just used the over fill hose to fill it.

  • where did u get the rear fender? I need one..

  • @bakhad NorthernTool has trailer fenders mad cheap..His is from Front St. Cycles, but I dont think they are selling fenders anymore

  • @bakhad

    FrontStreetCycles

  • Beautiful workmanship like job!!

    I really like it.

The 3 inch beehive seat springs would be much better. I have tried

them all and the hair pin style are so stiff they will hardly bend.

  • @lucky51762

Yeah that was my first time using the hairpins. I'm more of a beehive spring guy myself. Thanks

  • Thanks, maybe I try something like you. Realy cool.

  • Hi, very nice bobber. Can I ask you, how long you build it? Thanks

  • @KnightBlack9

    About 4 months.

  • My gawd that is so bad ass! Nice job.

  • Very nice! the simbol is a carb?

  • So how much do you think this project cost you?

  • You are an artist. What a creation... My 88 VLX 600 is sputtering mid range on the fuel. Any ideas? Nice bike

  • @ThePaulgregg

Thanks. Have you cleaned all of your jets, carb, and passages good? Would also wanna look for any intake leaks.

  • wow one of the best ive seen so far. thanks for sharing.

  • Great job dude! Love your bike, I got a VLX as well, and you inspired me to do more to my bike, I dud a few things but got to take it to the next level! Your bike rocks!! Well done

  • paint or powdercoat? or a combo of the two? the bottom of the front fork, is that painted black, I would imagine it would be tough to powder and bake that since it has all the front suspension components...if its painted...how did it hold up with road debris/gravel and whatnot hitting it? thanks! love the pipes, did you just eyeball it and cut different bends of tubing and piece it together? or did u have some kind of template you worked off of?

  • @hockeyjoe09

Both paint and powdercoat. Bottom forks were painted. Holds up great. Yeah on the pipes it was my first time doing custom pipes so I just cut and fit a few pre-bents to piece it all together.

  • super sweeeet scoot. where cna I get a running/ brake light like that

  • @teyacapan

Thanks you can get them at Tail End Customs . com

  • i got a hard from looking at this baby ...........sorry

  • 2 things what fender is that? and how did ya make the hardtail?

  • @MrFruitkiller

Fender is from Front Street Cycles. Hardtail chopped swingarm. Connected with tubing, slugged, and welded up.

  • maginfique super travail

  • nice custom man

  • are those 4 inch springs on the seat? and what diameter are the pipes? awesome bike...I am building a 600 bobber...just finished tear down phase, making my seat now to weld in the cross member before paint. thanks

  • @hockeyjoe09

3" hairpin springs and I believe the exhaust was like 1-7/8"

  • sorry,not the oil tank..

  • i really like the oil tank....."built not bought" awesome work! like the sound!

  • @TailEndCustoms: same tank???

  • @kwrigh41

    Yes

  • How much did you sell this for if you don't mind me asking? Those bars look insane. Btw, if there is any possibility that you could fab me a pair i would be eternally grateful.

  • @MisterSuperDelicious

Bike sold for around $6k. Bars would be around $130 raw.

  • BTW, where did you get the seat from?

  • @MisterSuperDelicious

Seat was done by Matt at workingmanscustoms . com

  • Please make a video riding this. It's such a badass machine.

  • @MisterSuperDelicious

    Sorry already sold it.

  • is the hardtail a custom job, or did you order it from somewhere?

  • @mattdevaud

    Hardtail custom

  • Are the pipes full custom or are they the stock pipes cut and bent? Best VLX bobber on youtube. Great job!

  • @EarthWarrior4ever

    Custom

  • Very nice bike man.

    I got one question :

How did you got that rust color on aluminium metal covers ?

  • NICE SCOOTER

  • Absolutely fantastic work!!!!

  • @skyjac92

    Thanks

  • How much did you stretch the rear of the frame? I am jealous lol, this winter i will be building a 77 cb750a, your bike is inspiring.

  • @gutshotape

Zaero stretch due to keeping the swimarm bolted up. The bottom rails were kept stock length. Thanks

  • how hard is it to remove the airbox, just ordered a pair of kumija air filters and a cobra jet kit, is that all i need? someone else said I would needa crankcase filter as well? And I can't seem to find any videos or forums for this mod on an 02 vlx

  • très beau travail ! les finitions sont parfaites . C'est sobre et classe en même temps . Félicitation .

  • I'll trade ya my wife for the bike. Straight up. Don't worry it's cool. She would understand.

  • @brauner1833
