If our banking systems can keep track of all transactions to the penny, oversight reporting to the Government of monetary exchanges, the USA is capable of creating a new and accurate voting system where NO one stands in any line to vote! It is time for a real accurate accountable change. NO electoral system just plain old majority rules.
