Things I like - User interface, foreground, level design.
Things I don't like - Overworld map, background.
It has a nice rustic feel to it. I wish that Nintendo would make more relaxed colors for the Mario seires, instead of the forced vibrance of recent games. Even the once dark Metroid is absorbing a brighter atmosphere at times.

a bit strange with all the super mario world features... why not just hack SMW I wonder? would probably have saved some effort for the creator.

Yeah well, you can't have the cape so it forces you to not pass all levels flying.

lol @ the backgroud.. skeletons. Mario's an all happy game and you got symbols of death in the background XD overall pretty damn sweet.
