You can jailbreak any iPod touch with ZiPhone now. Just follow this weird, but easy, working fix :-)

Yes you can. When using ZiPhone, repeatedly click Jailbreak (once per second, tap your foot when doing so..) until you see the white scrolling text, and voila! the BSD root error is gone, and your iPod is jailbroken.

When done, close ZiPhone to avoid the looping jailbreak :-)
