I used really high quality spray cans and some parts rubbed off after a couple months of use.

i just took a small flathead screwdriver and popped every one of those little notches out. Then i got an even smaller flathead and just unsrewed them like a regular screw but by then you could just use a regular torx.

well there all little ball things in the middle of the torx screws, so just grab a small flathead screwdriver and pop those little balls out (<-- hehe) And then after you pop them all out you can use a regular screw driver and get them out

i found out its either a radiator hex (allen) key but it doesnt look exact or if u live in canada go 2 canadian tire or if usa some store that sells like hand tools and ask for tamper proof bits they fit on drills and shit there for things like radios etc that have screws so people cant open them easlily hence the name tamper proof hope u find it

yea i found out the name of the tool. Its called a T8H security bit. There are two different kinds. A t8 bit and t8h. The xbox controllers need a T8H bit because of the hole that the bit has in the middle of if. The screws in the controller have a really tiny "rod" i guess you can say which stop the t8 bit from unscrewing it. Although i heard it doesnt take much to break that "rod",

well you can try and take a flat head and try to break the little bit sticking out like i said before most people say it doesnt take much to brake it off. I cant say for sure as i have not tried it myself

yea i am lacking in a flathead that small but i took the tip of a hunting knife (im sure any stiff bladed knife will work) and kinda just pried it around being careful not to strip it and with about 30 seconds of tinkering i broke the little "nipple" thingy off easy shit only problem i can see is the deeper ones ill probably need 2 find some jeweler scew drivers to get them off
