@banditdude1 you can get it in 3d, if you look at the compatible games for the nvidia 3d vision, mirrors edge is either excellent or good. you just need to spend another maybe 500 dollars for the 120 hz monitor and then the glasses and reciever

actually you dont learn it on your own. type "parkour" along with whatever city you live in. type it in google. and you will find a parkour team in your city, if there is any. there are groups, with professional trainers and a lot of students of all ages and levels who meet up and train regularly. and a lot of cities have such groups. just look it up google, thats how i started to do parkour in montreal!:D

Freerunning... to run free.. there are no limits in freerunning, and you can do flips if you like. Same goes for parkour where you RUN as FREE as possible from any obstacles. its not rules. its differences. free run is flips and whatever you are talking about. parkour is just getting from point A to point B as quickly as possible. no tricks, no flips, no nothing of that. It's not rules, it's just how it is. and parkour was used by the military in france by the way. it was not exactly the same, but thats where it comes from. so yea its all about efficiency (sorry if i got the word wrong lol), one last thing, rules in parkour only exist to help not hurt yourself.
