I don't. I like the donuts ( sadly, I know very little about Bavarian culture. Bavaria needs some more PR perhaps ). But Isn't Bavaria a part of Germany? ( If it wasn't before, it appears that way now ).

The situation would be similar if I said I am from Hawaii, California, or New York, but I'm not from the United States of America, or saying I'm from Ulster and I'm not Irish Even if it was annexed, it's still considered to be a part of the whole.
