Except that if you listen enough to the Coast to Coast radio program, the so-called aliens do know about Jesus and they have made a point of saying he is not God. Alien encounters are not all sweetness and love. They are usually unpleasant or frightening. As for Christians being the cause of non-disclosure, I believe that is just a convenient excuse the government uses. They just don't want to share knowledge or power.

@bigjon1359, I sympathize with Hoagland's theory and I have read his book "Dark Mission." However, it does not fit with a biblical world view. Aside from that, I love Hoagland's work. Most of the so-called alien encounters are with non-human looking creatures and they are in the present, not the past. Flying craft have been around throughout human history, same with encounters with "gods from the sky." I do believe that many of the UFO's are man made, but that does not explain them all.
