@hotboy1990 Absolutly the KA24 can do that!! Fully build, and REbuild your KA and put a big turbo on it, big injectors, and remember... POWER IS IN THE TUNE!! Get a AEM EMS plug and play ecu and make sure you tune it!! Do port and polish head, bore out your block, and bore out your throttle body, or just get a bigger one!I would do the ka24de-t cause its a 2.4 liter, and the sr20 is a 2.0 liter! Like they say theres no replacement for displacement!!!! Plus the ka and sr are pretty much the same!

@THEBADDESTBUGOWNER He was in Fifth gear when his shift light came on! Damn thats got so much power he needs a 6th gear transmission! When they started the pull he was in 2nd gear! Cause thats probobly the stock sr20 tranny and with that much power you dont want to start off hard like that in 1st!!!! But it amazed me that he was done with 5th gear and he had to let off the gas or otherwise he would have blown the engine!! He needs a 6th gear, or have longer range gears! That engine was not done!

Running 18psi on a T25 is like strapping on a hi-temp hairdryer. 14psi is the high edge of the compressor efficiency. 18 is a time bomb with a short fuse for the turbine wheel.

I sure hope that's not the stock turbo. o_O (If it's an S14 SR it should have a T28, but going by the description...)

@GMerc I think he said the T25 was at 15PSI. I am a kg/cm2 (bar) guy so I don't know what that is. You're correct though if it is an S14 with an S14 engine, the 14 engine came with a T28 not a T25. He could have a redtop or S13 black top motor which have the t25's which I think are good up to about .9 or 1.0 kilograms (or bar as Americans say).. I think you brought up a good point regardless.
