  • @juice0105 HAHA this made me laugh, so i'll give you that one but I wasn't being egregious, you fuckin BRAMBLE PICKER

  • @juice0105 I hope one day you find yourself out of work, you fuckin moron, it's people like you who blight this country!

  • "Dear Mr Mickey"

  • FIREMAN! :)

  • @juice0105

How about sending all the Express-reading bigots onto an island instead. I can't even be bothered to get worked up by your kind any more. Most claimants are law-abiding and honest but its a waste of time trying to reason with ignoramuses like you.

Look at this forum. Look at the number of people saying this is what the jobcentre is actually like or not far off. And you think thats ok?

I pity you, revelling in your ignorance.

    Go and fuck Jeremy Kyle.

  • i would quit my job just to have some one like that in a jobclub

  • Shout out as many jobs as you like, you still wont get one

  • This is SO well observed!!! - the irony being that Pauline would never be able to get a job outside of The Job Centre Plus - and she knows it !!! She gets kicks from making other people feel worthless in order to give meaning to her sad existence, yet she is dependent on people remaining unemployed so that she even has a job! I've met characters such as Pauline many times over! One of them told me to leave details of my Masters Degree off my CV so that i can go for a checkout job in Iceland...

  • @QuillaC118 Made me laugh :)

  • FIREMAN

  • HONESTLY, me and a couple of mates are certain she was modelled on the nightmare woman we had for "common skills" on a college course in Grimsby. Reece said he was unemployed in Hull. Its gotta be her! LOL she wasnt obsessed with pens but WAS with biscuits! pay 1p or 2p...someone hasnt been putting their pennies in!

  • HOCKEY COCKEY PIG IN A POKEY Hahahahahahaha

  • this show started off histerical and ended horribly depressing and not even remotely funny

  • @sunburningstare I totally agree. The 3rd season wasn't even comedy.

  • How so? The show had plenty of laughs and dark humour to it. The door to door christians for example. Just because it was different from the previous two series doesn't mean it was bad.

  • @mummra4ever Yeah I know, it was just too different for me. I do enjoy it, though.

  • No the show always had a dark twisted nature about it so in that sense series 3 wasn't that different from the previous series. I didn't find the ending of series 3 depressing it was a kind of a happy ending for the characters.

  • FIREMAN!!!!!!!

  • Piss off!

  • "You can shout out as many jobs as you like Ross but your never gonna get one you dole scum"

    BRILLIANT

  • Job Centre New Deal, anyone??

  • @Reaper941

    Spot on.

  • @Reaper941

Haha spot on, so bad I thought screw it I'll sign off. I can do better with the time than follow their poor new deal system.

  • You workshy set of Bastards!

  • Best series ever

  • "Not our high street then."

    Brilliant.

  • This is very like job centre is. They don't seem to realise that sometimes no matter how hard you look, there just aren't the jobs there for you to do! They are very patronising.

  • So today were going to have a little brainstorming session......don't worry mickey love, it doesnt hurt!!

  • google 'Ark and the Adams family, the John Adam St Gang' for where this corruption is coming from. DWP are located there in Adelphi House. The John Adam St Gang is the operating centre for the Committee of 300, and according to John Coleman (long since disappeared) nothing at all happens in the world without their approval. This does seem to be the case. The Job Centre Plus has also had mention in parliament as being 'those of that nature'.

  • PISS OFF!!!!!!

  • Fireman!

  • This is scarily accurate

  • AN ASTRONAUT !! xD

    Made my day

  • piss offff

  • Fireman!

  • Newsagent

  • "you can shout as many jobs as you like Ross, you'll never bloody get one you worthless dole scum!" I love The League of Gentlemen

  • She's the human embodiment of New Labour!

  • "Piss aaaahhhffff!"

  • lol, i used to watch this show when i was around 11 or 12 years old. still love it!!!

  • The idea for Pauline is absolutely brilliant, from her purile middle-age looks (tinted glasses, argh!) - comparable to Dolores Umbridge in Harry Potter! - and her clear obsession with keeping her jobseekers unemployed so she can have power over them and feel better about herself.

PS - kudos to anyone reading who is unemployed. I was for 6 months after uni and just that had some depressive lows.

  • This is the A4e training manual!

  • i love it when she says "good!" in that patronising tone

  • hokey pokey pig in a pokey

  • what she say¿? Hockey Cockey Pig in a...¿

  • Hockey Cockey pig in a pokey

  • That pauline is exactly like my jobs advisor exept mines a guy with what looks like a cloud on his head

  • oh god there's always one!

  • Worthless dole scum. PMSL.

  • It almost seems like these kinds of programs are MEANT to be patronizing and useless. They're basically punitive, as far as I can see...I guess it's the only way to keep Daily Mail readers happy.

  • They can't help being patronising because they're working and you're not. They're just enjoying their day at work without care care in the world. The ones I've met are all ex holiday reps. Last year they were in Spain trying to get you pissed and rolling in your own sick. This year they're trying to get you back into work because you can't afford to go to Spain. Vultures.

  • Bloody brilliant and so true

  • Haha I work for the dwp and it would be amazing if it was like this (not fair but amazing)

  • I've had to do jobclub and believe me there are people like Pauline running it!

  • You can shout out as many jobs as you like Ross, you're never gonna bloody get one ya worthless dole scum!! haha Love it

  • Oooooooooo I love Ross <3 yummy

  • O_O haha.

  • Fireman xDD

  • piss off ross lol

  • Fireman! LOL

  • GOOD !!!!!! lol

  • hahaha

  • Does anyone remember if they ever done a sketch before about a family kidding on they were naturist's, some friend a guy came to the house they were all naked so he got naked to after being persuaded then the door went and the person that came in went to answer it naked whilst he was at the door all the naked people put their clothes back on meaning he was the only naked one...any help on this sketch........

  • Yes, it at the Denton's with Ben. "The first Monday of every month is nuuuude day!" Hahaha!

  • Any clips of it......cheer's

  • I did a similar training thing when I lived in London. Our leader wasn't quite as outrageous as Pauline but the whole thing was definitely as depressing! Hilarious!

  • rofl i never tire of this!!!!!!!!!!! ross ya worthless dole scum classic

  • i added you as my friend go look

  • Hi Kian Wie gehts,Ich vermisse Dich, give me the adress to go to your webcam.

  • Fireman!!!

  • haha

    - astronaut! - PISS OFF!!

  • ross was only there to check up on pauline to make sure she was doing a proper job.. later in the series it shows him reporting her for doing a shit job... she gets sacked for it as she hits him...

  • i never got y ross is there. he seems like he could get a job if he wanted 2.

that sounds stupid, as it is just a show.

(a amazingly gd show at that).

  • he's from the Social posing as a Job Seeker - she gets sacked i.e. Pauline's Self Esteem Workshop - " Right you lazy useless c**ts " - LOL

  • Yeah... and later Ross ends up shaggin Pauline.. How bad is that?

  • that bit in the third series was grotesque , I remember seeing Pauline pulling her tights and knickers up and thinking this is absolutely outrageous and Pauline is the "the women in comfortable shoes " sort to be PC

The flat were creepy all in white ,a very typical trendy bachelor's pad .

They were tying up all the loose ends in the last series .

The live show was brilliant - you'd be howling laughing .

  • That is a hideously funny scene. Must've taken a lot of courage and commitment.

  • 2:42 brilliant!!

  • Pauline- one of the most grotesque comedy creations of all time!

  • im must of replayed that 300 times im still pissin me sides

  • one of the best characters

  • Lmao!

  • its true oh so true unfortunatly im unemployed and when i go on tuesdays the woman is just like her lol

  • the social has a reputation for being a bit ? LOL patronizing , some of it is because it's so regimented i.e. they have to parrot off this and that or they'll be in trouble , not everyone believes all that cr** though BUT some do , like every place of work only with the Social things get taken to extremes .

  • tots tv <3

  • I love Ross

  • league of gents is f*ckin brilliant!!
