Chalres i also wanna give you a perfect example of what i do when i say i blow things out of proportion. For instanse like when someone talks about like not getting enough proteien because of a condition called protienuria basically you p out most of the protien so your body uses the protien to do something with the neurotransmitters which help increase saratornin. In other words i start dwellin that i might have that and thats the reason for me not being able to fill better same with candide.
