  • this is beauty

  • HI! Very nice! Where can I find this?

    It's great!

    Fabio

  • Sounds a bit like ''Bleeding me'' by Metallica.

  • @houpelaye That's a great song

  • I once wrote a rambling dark poem to this song. The effect of it overtakes me.

  • i love how certain chord progressions sound so very 90s...such as this. I wonder what it is that makes a chord progression sound...90s. Lots of power chords and b3 b5 and b7 chords it seems...but still, even if you use those chords there's no guarantee it will sound..."90s"

I so miss that time. I was born in 83...so I only lived it through the eyes of kids who were older than me...but I could tell that it was special, even back then.

  • renewed my pumpkin love, thanks man

  • simple wooow!!!!

  • Great work! I've been a Pumpkins fan for a quite a while now.

  • is it possible to make music like this w/o lsd?

  • Pretty sure there's a short clip of this in pastichio medley.

  • Whenever I got high with my friends, I always listened to this song several times. It just felt so great, and filled me with joy to hear this masterpiece.

  • jimmy je tadore!!

  • this makes me miss the weirdness of the 90's.

  • Great vid,really!

The distortion suits the song perfectly!

The selection of pics is nice as well;they show how unique the pumpkins were in their 'strangeness'!

  • got damn this sounds takes me far...childhood school hell

  • wow. how the hell have i never heard this?? just goes to show...this band is so amazing, you can be a die hard lifelong fan, and still come across songs that are new to you after years. and on top of that, chances are it'll be an incredible song. here we go again. best band of the 90s hands down.

  • @Superabound1013 I got the link for the mp3 in my info lol

  • the first time i heard this song i was on acid and i simply thought that if this music were to end my life was gonna end with it. becus it was such an emotional 4 minuts for me at the time. still a fabulous and great song.

  • I can't understand why the Pumpkins chose songs like "We only come out at night" and "Beautiful" over this..

  • holy shit never heard this one and i;ve heard everything

  • This is my favorite song of all time. I wish Depresso wasn't just the riff, and there was more to it. I love that riff so much.

  • I love this song, someone gave me a a case of all these rare songs of theirs around 2002 (this song was included in the mix, but I have a different...more simpler version of it). maybe I should upload some of them. by the way 'Speed' is another really good one.

  • @FoxyPinkGirl wow u actually know other SP fans? jeeze i need to get some new friends

  • hearing this favorite pastichio medley bit, in its entirety, after so many years of waiting... it makes a die-hard pumpkins fan wanna cry.

  • yay! i always adored this part of pastichio medley!

  • This is officially my favorite guitar song. Maybe my favorite song.

  • @Gamagachee ANY clue wat kind of effects he's using on this? I think it's some kind of rack mount either that or ehx flangers and phsers, not sure tho...

  • @777Lateralus I'm not sure, I think he just cranks up the distortion a little. I just have an acoustic. BTW nice username.

  • Thank you so much for posting this. One of the best pumpkin tracks ever I only heard it for a couple of seconds on Pastichio Medley. Amazing guitar work and tone, i think he might actually be playing to a drum machine

  • This is amazing! This is my first time hearing it and im kind of shocked! Wow! Loving this.

  • Really great moody guitar. At 1:57 that's Scott Pilgrim. I can't wait for that movie this summer. This is my favorite Pumpkins instrumental. It also sounds like something Siversun Pickups was inspired by.

  • @Gamagachee The Scott Pilgrim books are even better than the movie haha! The movie's still awesome though :D

  • This would be one hell of a shoegazing song if it had lyrics.

  • @aaronkingq shoegazing, the greatest genre name ever. pumpkins own all of the other bands in the genre.

  • Profunda y tremenda nostalgia de no se que

  • His tone is unbelievable!

  • foreverium

  • aaah - the good old days!

  • I agree, Imthe... everything's been said... and yet, internally, we have no words for the way this music moves us... Im a poet and I dont know what to say... FUCK!! IT'S DELICIOUS!

  • I know, don't you hate it? I'm in a band as the lyricist and guitar, and I'm heavily influenced by Corgan's emotions (being a teenager and all XD)

But on the same part, you can't have lyrics without music. Otherwise it's not a song, it's the Yin and Yang that we have to do.

But you're right, everything's been said. It's so depressing.

  • I know this has been said before, but I really *really* wish music was like this again. Emotional, consequential, bleeding, wounded, scarred, real music!

Not this subserviant, weak, meaningless pop we're force fed.

  • @ImTheOneThatIWant123 Instead you get autotuned bullshit. Teeeelll meeehhhhhh, what's really goin ooooooooiiinnn... Drizzyy back up in dis thing im ready.. whats hatt-i-niiiiinnnnnn

  • Holy shit, why have I never heard this before. Thank you for uploading this man, it's fantastic.

  • no problemo, its a badass instrumental!

  • hell yeah!

  • @JonTheDandy no problemo is sooo the inbetweeners :D <3

  • @Davepumpkinhead like Your comment, cheers:D

  • Wow, dont you have a way with words. You got a thumbs down because you made it sound like you'd rather hear that version than this version. And now you're getting thumbs down for having an ego.

  • id love to hear what this song would have evolved into if they added lyrics as well as other parts

  • man years and years ago there used to be a fake version of "Feelium" floating around that some other band had put up on Napster. It was brilliant! But god knows where I could find it now.

  • are you Carnage on Blamo??

  • lol, yes.

  • I wish they released more instrumentals like this.

  • There's NOTHING like the early pumpkins. 88-89-80-91-92..

    I miss the ORIGINAL lineup.

  • this is really great man, thanks so much for doing this. please check out my channel for SP inspired originals and lots of covers
