I am sorry friend, but it is impossible to do it on a PC right now. Some people found a way to do it on a PC, but it only works 50 50. So you have to wait about 2-3 weeks, sorry. I'll keep you up to date in case if the jailbreak comes out.

u can make the firmwares then upload them then make them for download for other users. thats how it can be for PC
