@missartist123 this happened very recently. they are still set to go to trial. CMKX class action suit against the individual members of the SEC, for $3.87 trillion.
Most of the funds are in a trust , containing billions of dollars worth of
settlement funds collected from firms that were nailed for the illegal naked short selling of penny stocks.
