@StormForceTac I was just looking at the kershaw blur and before I buy it I wanted to ask you do you carry this knife everyday? And clipped to your pocket? If so have you ever had any problems with it opening in your pocket?? I don't normally go with open assist knives because I once carried one that popped open in my pocket and just about stabbed me through the thigh..... Is that a problem or concern with this knife.... Thank you

I was told by Thompson that this is what Kershaw is now providing instead of the one you review. No matter. The Tanto blade (Thank you nuffums) really is more serious looking and #$%&@+ IT IS SHARP! Good review and either knife is great.
can you tell me the date on your knife? my blur was from may of '08 and i wanna know which steel mine has. it should be on the side with the other writing
@georgetarkashvili I don't know. You will have to check your own local laws. This is not an automatic knife and should be legal in most places. Now, carrying it on your person is a different story, a lot of places have size requirements and things like that. Chances are you can almost definitely buy it and probably carry it.
I love my Blur! The only thing I think Kees as could have done is the traction tape by the clip sometimes catches on my pants! I don't really have a problem with it but sometimes it's hard to get it in my pocket with one hand. BTW nice vid !!!
@exsigint My blur rattles like that but i dont care, i love this knife to death. im actually on my second one because the spring broke in my first one so kershaw sent me a brand-spankin new one! i've cut everything from rope to trees and even a few people(unintentionally) lol, Knife sharpens like a dream and holds a shaving edge like a champ!
@exsigint Thanks for the heads up! I haven't had time to sit down and take it apart to figure out which part is the problem. I am also going to get a couple other versions of the Blur because I like it so much.
your friend fucked with the pivot screw and loosened it.
