Alguien podria traducir esta entrevista al español ?? Porfavor .. quiero conocer los intereses de amy a esa edad.. pero no entiendo el ingles bien aún..
Its so fucking sad to see this man!,i just can´t fucking understand how she ended up like that :(,she reminds me of me so bad on this interview, she was mature, with personality, different of the poeple of her age,you never know life.....FUCK FAME,FUCK DRUGS man!
Wonderful to watch her in this performance and interview- she is very straightforward and funny while speaking- an amazing/lovely performance of one of my favorite songs from Amy- we miss you Amy :(
I cried when I watched this. Amy, you were and always will be an amazing, young girl with so much talent. Your voice should be a national treasure. Rest in peace gorgeous.
@R3774Boy1 Is a joke without any reference to nothing... you're making things up just for the sake of looking clever. Nothing to do with illuminati o death. Nothing, mate.
stop with the comments about drugs. that's not the only thing that is important in her life. do you hear her? she obviously has more talent then almost everyone in the music business right now. so listen to her music not her past.
Could someone please tell me what she says after the minute 3:00? I could only get this - "Yes, one of them tried to ___ me into a big triangle shape, and I went no."
Damn!! I always wished she could recapture a little of the person she was at this stage of her life!!! She was just so refreshing, charming and irrisistible!!! It was just not to be I guess!!!
Damn Amy, WHY THE DRUGS BABY? Why the Drastic change? Man I would love to know what was going on in that pretty head of yours. RIP baby you'll be missed.
@marrob357 If it wasn't for the passage of time to mature, I think I would be partying. Who doesn't love it?
I think she did what a lot of us crazies like to do. The difference is she had the means, and the profession to do it to the excess. plus the bad love, kaboom.
@flupachi You could be right I just find myself always asking those questions when I see this strong young lady in these early interviews. Something went seriously wrong in her life.
she looks so healthy here....Damn, I miss her great music....imagine what she could have created with some years and experience behind her voice....again....DAMN!!!!
@moonsugar1 I think it's nice to believe that even people who had troubled lives and a lot of pain find peace in the end. Sometimes you need to believe that even if there's no way to know that it's true.
@XCShorty21 I can respect that, but i dont adhere to that belief. To do so is to live in a world that is based around turning away from the truth rather than embracing it, and true happiness cant come out of a web of lies, that to me is just ignorance. But i suppose some people call it bliss! ;)
@moonsugar1 What is the truth? There's so much in the world that's too complex to understand...like why/how are we here in the first place? Do people have destinies, or are we subject to random chance? Bit of both? Idk...But I do think people can find happiness in believing things that can't be proven by empirical data--religion, for example, can bring people happiness and peace. On the other hand it can bring conflict and discord too. Anyway it's not all black and white..
@XCShorty21 But everyone is entitled to his/her opinion, I do agree. Also, I wish life wasn't so confusing...And I wish that youtube had a larger character limit on posts.
@XCShorty21 I met a Christian guy in a bar once, we started talking and I told him why i thought organised religion was insane.
He told me later that he'd had a car crash years ago, his wife and children died but he walked away from it. He found god afterwards and said the only thing that kept him going was the idea he was saved for a reason. He was a good man, and if thats what keeps him alive, then its a worthy belief, regardless of what i think.
Such a great interview. She indeed was so beautiful and innocent back then. RIP Amy. You are missed. Its a shame they took away your guitar. They should have let you play it more. You were so talented. Love to you Amy. I hope you are in peace now.
I remember seeing this a while before I went to see her in '04 and being disappointed that she didn't pay guitar at the gig .. still - she was amazing.
BTW, was she talking about Tyler James in this interview? I know Back to Black was based on Blake, but I'd always wondered where some of the song on Frank came from.
@MD5 No it wasn't Tyler James. The boyfriend that inspired some of the songs on 'Frank' is called Chris. She met him when she was briefly working as a feature writer covering Entertainment news. He has never spoken about their relationship in the media.
@bolder2009 Does he have a last name? What paper/magazine/publication did they work for? I'm really interested in her early career, because it doesn't seem much has been written on it. It seems to me that she had quite a life (in the short time you can at that age) even just the few years before the release of Frank that it'd seem we'll be hearing more about in the coming months and years.
@MD5 I'm sure he has, but I don't know it. And its seems he would rather have it that way, cause he hasn't made a meal ticket out of it. All I know is that he is a black guy called Chris, and he was/is 7 years older than her. He may have been her first love. I sure if you dig deep enough you might find more info, but I'm not aware of her giving out specific details about him. Perhaps she just didn't feel it neccessary to bring unwanted attention on to him. You know what the tabloids are like.
@MD5 When she was 16 and studying at the BRIT school, she got a part-time job at World Entertainment News Network (WENN). She worked there for two months as a junior showbiz reporter. Chris worked there as well. They were together for 2 years.
God, I loved everything about this girl. That accent, that confidence and plain-spokeness, that voice. This is how we should remember Amy. People forget that she had a killer wit and a quick mind, a kind of disarming humor. This was some dumb girl by any stretch of the imagination. such a shame she met that fielder -civil. addictive personality i think i read her as having. such a damn shame. my god shes gorgeous. she could have had someone really decent, really nice. RIP Amy
the reason why she is great, is because she has soul! No one current had soul.. she had the growl and the attitude and the songs are sooo genuine.. like a modern etta james... you cant teach this kinda emotion or talent, it comes from within...

FUCK OFF.
She was a drug taking, binge drinking, slutty 50's throwback, and If you ever read your lyrics, had a soul nearly as dark as Jim Morrison's.
Thats why I loved her. Dont make it out to be something it isnt.
