Made famous 15 years later by June Christy on her classic Capitol album "Gone for the Day." Martha had a great following and made many a hit record. She was a happy soul and beautiful artist.

What a great song and what a great singer. I can't get this song out of my head. GREAT. I also love Martha Tilton singing "Home in the Clouds" with Benny Goodman from 1939. It is available on a 10 CD set.

Co-written by my namesake back in the 1920s. I've been trying for a long while to actually hear this song - I wasn't disappointed, it's quite delightful! I thought I had a fairly good knowledge of popular music but have to admit I'd never heard of Martha Tilton before today. I'm going to enjoy the other songs. Thanks, from Frank Kilduff (London)
