@KhashSter1R4N the licence is not just for the BBC television it is a UK wide receiving licence nearly £150 a year,so have you a radio ? one in the car,a computer,a blu-ray player that can stream BBCi Player,iPad ,iPhone or anything that is able to receive any BBC production you will need a Licence so ITS NOT FREE.

I've been using TVCatchup for over nearly two years I think (though they temporarily went offline due to legal issues etc). It's a really good site, the video quality is great and it doesn't take too long to buffer. Sign up is free, and when you watch any channel for the first time in a 24hour period, you get shown a 20 second advert. So no annoying popups.

You need to be a UK resident with a TV license though. I've read on their forum that they block proxy address and keep an eye out for them.
