Why would either of those happen? First of all this wasn't that loud, you can tell by the sound on the video. Second, this was at an airshow. Third, he was just flying, he wasn't even breaking the sound barrier.

OK, first off you were no mechanic, they use F414 "engines" and secondly there are several places in the lower 48 where military aircraft can fly supersonic. They're called "Supersonic Corridors". A mechanic would know that. The USA train to the save life of the pilot, we trained to the save life of the pilot and aircraft. We can't replace our aircraft if one crashes so we train in a way that is more aggressive than the USA. Not making us better, but less willing to throw the plane away.

And besides this, pilots are trained to be smart, assertive, confident but definitely not aggressive. Aggressive easily gets you in a heck of a lot of trouble in anything you do in life.
