We're playing this at my school. The Trombone/Tuba/Euphonium part TOTALLY overplayed at the section where there are THREE differant melodies and you guys they dragged baddly but overall they are very good.

i played this song in band camp. This song is going much too slow. Try increasing the tempo. The tempo of the song makes it more intense and breath taking. By the way the trumpet solo was very impressing.

No, if your concert managers and conductor/teacher read the descriptions of the song, this should be the appropriate speed even though they are taking it a bit slow.

I played this song 10 years ago this month. David Holsinger actually directed it himself when I played for VA State Band in '98. You all did a good job with it!
